However, they get their sweetness from something far worse than sugar. Artificial chemical sweeteners used in diet sodas do the body no good at all. Artificial sweeteners have been linked with various forms of cancer, along with metabolic syndrome, headache, ADHD and much more besides.

Another common mistake that people make when trying to lead a healthy lifestyle is avoiding all fats. We’re living in the 21st century now, and we now know that not all fats are bad for us.
