Honey Bread with Banana and Chia Seeds

In order to prepare this, you can take either white bread or brown bread. Go for the second one if you are looking for a healthy diet recipe. Whichever bread you want to use, take a slice of it. Apply one teaspoon organic honey on this slice of bread.

Then, cut the banana into smaller round circles and place them on your bread slice. Sprinkle some of the chia seeds over it and it’s ready to eat. Enjoy!

Chicken Stock with White Oats

Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 glass of water
  • 2 tablespoon white oats

Method

This is one of my favorite recipes.  The best thing about this recipe is that it is easiest to make and very healthy to eat, especially in the morning. To prepare this, take 1-2 little pieces of chicken with bone. Put them in a saucepan with 2 glasses of water and garlic cloves.

Also, add a pinch of salt and black pepper into it. Let it simmer on low-medium flame for about 15 minutes. Remove it from the stove and strain the chicken stock.

Then, take another pan and add the chicken stock into it. Make sure that this stock must be equal to 1.5 glass. If it is less than it, add some water. Let it boil on the stove for about 2 minutes and add white oats into it.

Again, add a pinch (or to taste) of salt and black pepper. Cook it for about 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Remove it from the stove and serve hot!

Wholesome Oatmeal with Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1.5 glass of water
  • 1 Poached egg
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Cinnamon powder (optional)

Method

This is another best recipe for those who are looking for healthy breakfast recipes or healthy diet recipes. To prepare this recipe, take a pan and add 1.5 glass of water into it. Let the water boil on the stove for 30 seconds.

Then, add 2 tablespoon oatmeal, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and cinnamon powder into it. If you don’t like the cinnamon powder, you can skip it. Let this mixture cook for about 4-5 minutes on high flame. Then, take it off from the stove and put it in a bowl. Add one poached egg on it and sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper again.   • ¼ Cup small diced carrot
  • ¼ Cup small diced cabbage

  • ¼ Cup boiled potatoes

  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

When you get fed-up with the daily bread, porridge, or egg recipes, this veggies pasta recipe is a lifesaver. It is the most delicious recipe that is equally good and healthy for everyone. There are lots of vegetables used in this recipe that make it healthier, yet perfect for those who diet.

To prepare this recipe, first, boil one cup of pasta and keep it aside in a bowl. Take another pan, add olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and all veggies into it.
